White Bear Lake man pleads guilty to 2025 Vadnais Heights sexual assault

VADNAIS HEIGHTS, Minn. — A White Bear Lake man has pleaded guilty after attacking and raping a woman on a walking path. 

It happened in October 2025 in the area of Centerville Road and Pondview Court in Vadnais Heights. The sheriff’s office said the man ran up behind her and forced her off the path and sexually assaulted her. He said the woman was able to get away and knocked on someone’s door for help.
