A 13-year-old was shot near a Minneapolis park late on Monday night, police say.
The victim was found near Lovell Square Park around Eighth Avenue North and Emerson Avenue North and was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers later found bullet casings near the edge of the park and on a nearby sidewalk.
There were no arrests made at the scene, but police later executed a search warrant at a nearby location.
Police say the teen is at the hospital in stable condition. An investigation is ongoing.
