A 15-year-old suffered serious injuries Friday night after a vehicle struck the teen near Osseo High School.
According to the Brooklyn Park Police Department, officers responded to a pedestrian crash near County Road 81 and Fourth Street Southeast around 8:13 p.m.
Authorities said the 15-year-old was crossing County Road 81 when the teen was struck. The teen was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police noted that after a football game in Osseo High School, there were “ongoing disturbances” involving a group of teens.
Brooklyn Park police said the driver was cooperative and was not involved with the disturbances at the school.
