WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump ordered that U.S. flags be flown at half-staff in honor of country music legend Dolly Parton.

The country music icon, actress, businesswoman and philanthropist died at the age of 80. Her family announced her death in a video statement on social medi Tuesday.
