Republican State Rep. Elliott Engen will spend a year on probation for a DWI arrest back in March.
Court records show Engen entered a guilty plea Thursday ahead of a scheduled pretrial hearing Friday. He was then convicted of operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more and sentenced to probation.
