A Minneapolis man is dead after losing control of his motorcycle and crashing in Wabasha County on Sunday.
Minnesota State Patrol says 27-year-old Nicholas Simien was heading west on Highway 60 when he lost control of his Yamaha Sport bike and struck a guardrail.
When first responders arrived on scene, Simien was already dead, according to a crash report. Troopers say that Simien was wearing a helmet and they don’t suspect that alcohol was involved.
The crash remains under investigation.
