A man with a history of domestic violence was charged Thursday for the death of his girlfriend in her apartment over two years ago.
Charles Henry Foss, 36, was charged Thursday morning with one count of second-degree murder and one count of stalking for the death of 47-year-old Allison Jean Lussier.
Court records say police began investigating after Lussier was found dead in her Minneapolis apartment on Feb. 22, 2024. Authorities say Lussier had been dead for several days when she was found.
