HCAO declines felony charge after an MPD officer was injured at far-right extremist rally

MINNEAPOLIS — The Hennepin County Attorney's Office (HCAO) announced Tuesday that it would not be pursuing felony charges against Jake Lang's security detail after they hit a Minneapolis police officer in their vehicle. 

The rally on Saturday resulted in multiple arrests, including that of far-right extremist Lang. The HCAO has not yet announced any charges.
