Navigating the Minnesota State Fair with a gluten restriction can feel overwhelming, but vendors across the fairgrounds are rising to the occasion with more delicious gluten-free options every year. One standout is Auntie M’s, the only gluten-free food service validated food truck in the entire country, where the lines move fast and the food is worth every second of the wait.
