INDIANAPOLIS — Former NFL quarterback and FOX Sports analyst Mark Sanchez has agreed to plead guilty in connection with a 2025 stabbing incident in downtown Indianapolis, according to court filings.

In a joint motion filed Sept. 3 by Sanchez's legal team and the state, the two sides requested the judge vacate the upcoming Sept. 8 jury trial date and "set this matter for a guilty plea and sentencing hearing," WTHR reported.

The documents do not indicate exactly what charges Sanchez intends to plead guilty to.
