Chocolate eyeballs recalled in 13 states; Halloween candy has undeclared milk

WASHINGTON — Candymaker Crystal Temptations is recalling several varieties of its Halloween Chocolatey Eyeballs because the products contain undeclared milk, posing a potentially serious health risk to people with milk allergies.

The recall affects products sold at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Sierra Trading Post stores in 13 states: Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio and Wyoming.
